Your dock needs an Entergy permit. We handle it.

Lakes Hamilton and Catherine are Entergy-controlled under FERC Project 271. Any new dock, replacement dock, lift, seawall or shoreline work needs written approval before construction starts.

We prepare the application, the site sketch and the supporting documents, submit them, and follow the file through to approval. You don’t chase it.

What the review looks at: setbacks from your neighbors’ property lines extended into the water, dock size relative to your shoreline footage, water depth, and whether the structure sits inside your permitted shoreline area.
